Terms and conditions of use

A lot of work has gone into creating these unique, quality designs and the following Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all the designs on DoodleMouse Design.

Please bear in mind that the online Store provides me with an income. The designs in the Store are machine embroidery files and cannot be printed and used for hand embroidery. If you purchase a design for this purpose, it will not be illegible for refund.

DoodleMouse Designs reserves the right to change and update files and pricing without prior notice.

Your personal information is protected by Legislation and we will take all necessary steps in protecting your private information. Your information will only be used during and for the purchase and completion of your order.

You may:

embroidery your purchased designs in any way you choose and use the items for personal
use or as gifts
embroidery your purchased designs in any way you choose and SELL the items you
have made
backup your designs on USB or Cloud Storage for your own personal use
contact us for written consent to use our designs in classes, please contact
me via the Contact form on the website
should any of your embroidered designs appear on Social Media or published
publications you have to give DoodMouse Designs credit.

You are not permitted to:

transfer or share the designs with another party
sell the design files and colour charts in any form
distribute the embroidery files or give away for free
Buying, selling, trading or transferring copies of these files of the designs is in violation of copyright law
use the embroidery design files for mass production - you need a commercial license for this - contact me
alter or copy any DoodleMouse designs and sell them as your own
use the designs to teach a class without contacting me first for written consent

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not offered as the product purchased is a downloadable file. If you have any problems downloading your purchases, receive an incorrect file or damaged file, please contact me and I will assist you accordingly.

Lost Designs: Proof of purchase will be required to replace lost file. Please make backups of all your embroidery designs

Resizing of designs: I do not recommend the resizing of any designs as I cannot guarantee the quality of the design after resizing.
